"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I liked the idea of the service, but the payment part really threw me off. It kept failing no matter what I tried, and after a few attempts it just felt like the system wasn’t working properly. Maybe it was a temporary issue, but from my side it was annoying and made the whole experience feel unnecessarily stressful.

I ordered this replacement part hoping it would be a quick fix, but it felt cheap and flimsy as soon as I took it out of the box. The fit wasn’t quite right either, and after just a few uses it broke. I tried getting help, but I kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Definitely not happy with it.

"It worked for me, but it could be easier to use"
I did eventually find what I was looking for, but in my opinion the website felt a little clunky. Some pages loaded quickly, while others seemed to drag, and I personally think the menu and search could be more straightforward. Checkout was fine once I got to it, so I wouldn’t call it a bad site. It just isn’t the smoothest experience if you’re trying to get things done quickly.

I barely got any updates and felt like I had to keep chasing just to get basic answers. When I did hear back, the communication wasn’t very clear, which made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be
"Said it was in stock, then canceled"
I ordered the item because it showed as available, but then my order got canceled later. It was literally a waste of time and frustrating.

"Product info felt way too vague"
I was trying to check out a part, but the product page didn’t give me much to go on. The specs were really thin, the fitment info wasn’t clear, and the photos didn’t help enough, so I felt like I was guessing instead of actually making an informed decision.
I got a little worried I was going to be fooled into buying something that wouldn’t fit or wasn’t what I expected. When I contacted support, they basically sent me back to the same page, which didn’t solve anything. It might work if you already know the exact part number, but for regular shoppers it’s frustrating.

"Way Too Pricey for What It Was"
I felt like I got robbed a little. The prices were already high, and then the shipping cost came in like a jump scare, making the total way more than I expected. The parts were fine, I guess, but nothing that made me think, wow, this was worth it. I could’ve definitely found better value somewhere else. I’m not ordering again unless they seriously drop their prices.

I thought getting warranty support would be straightforward, but it turned into a frustrating back-and-forth. I reached out expecting some kind of help or at least a clear answer, and I’m still sitting here with no real warranty support. Not the experience I was hoping for...

"Poor Packaging and Damaged Parts"
I ordered from progressiveparts.com, and the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up half crushed with hardly any padding inside, so the parts were just sliding around loose. One of them ended up with scratches on it. Maybe the part was fine before it shipped, but in my experience, when a company packs something that poorly, it usually leads to problems. Definitely not what I was expecting.

The shipping was way slower than I expected. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but going days with zero updates is just frustrating. Like, am I supposed to guess where my order is? A little communication would’ve made the whole thing way less annoying.

"Delivery was a mess"
I ordered a part that was showing as in stock and paid for delivery, expecting it to arrive within 3 days. Compared to other car part sites I’ve used, the tracking was useless and barely seemed to move at all.
I had to chase them twice and still only got vague replies, which was really frustrating. In the end, I bought the part somewhere else because I needed the car fixed, so I wouldn’t use them again for anything time-sensitive.

I ordered from progressiveparts.com it was fine overall. The main part was exactly what I picked, showed up in decent shape, and I was relieved about that. At the same time, I wouldn’t say I was totally satisfied, even though nothing major went wrong.
One smaller item ended up being the wrong size, so I had to reach out to get it sorted. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but it was annoying enough to take the shine off the order. I’d probably order again, but also kind of hesitate. Three stars feels about right.

I meant to deal with my return right away, but I got busy and kept putting it off. When I finally contacted them, the process wasn’t as simple as I thought it would be. I had to go back and forth a bit, and it felt like I was doing more chasing than I should’ve had to. Maybe I should’ve started sooner, so that’s partly on me, but I still wish the return had been handled more smoothly

I reached out to progressiveparts.com about my order and it took ages to hear back. When they finally replied, it felt like one of those robotic email responses that doesn’t actually answer the question or solve anything. I had to keep following up myself just to get anywhere. it was frustrating and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I reached out to tech support because I couldn’t get my issue fixed, but the whole experience was frustrating. Nobody seemed to want to take ownership of the problem, and I just kept getting passed around without any real solution. In the end, my issue still wasn’t resolved.
